Eden Gayle Foutes is an 18 year-old published author from Columbus, Ohio. She began writing at 13 years old.

Q: What do you love about writing?

A: "What I love about writing is the freedom that comes with building your own worlds and stories."

Q: Why have you chosen poetry and fiction as your primary genres? A: "I chose these genres because poetry felt very natural to me and I could create my own rules within each piece, and fiction because, who doesn’t love a good story?"

Q: What's your most recent released project?

A: "My most recent released project is a collection of poetry called When Love Begins. It is a selection of pieces I wrote from about thirteen to sixteen and documents the learning journey through teenage years."

Q: What are you currently working on?

A: "Currently I’m working on a small collection of poetry, Here We Fall, and building my storytelling skills through short stories."
